About Tari

In 2005-2006 my husband Mike and I both started our careers in real estate. We sought out a respected franchise and local broker to work with so we could learn the business.  It was a tremendous learning experience.  However, we quickly learned we were responsible for generating the business success, not our broker!

For the first few years we worked diligently to list and sell our customer’s homes.  We fully expected to pay for our own business-related expenses.  However, to our surprise we learned we were also responsible to pay the franchise commission, broker commission, broker transaction fee, team leader fee, monthly desk fee, website fee, errors and omissions insurance, for sale signs, business cards and generate our own buyer and seller leads.

Following the market crash in 2009, it was time for us to evaluate our future in the real estate business.  In 2010, we opened Premier Homes Realty with a different philosophy and commission structure.  Our focus is on our customers and our agents.  We pay 100% commissions to our agents so their commitment and focus is entirely centered on our customers!

Mike and I choose to list and sell our customer’s homes at 4% total commission and when we bring the buyer, we reduce the commission to 3% total commission.  For buyers, we pay up to 1% of the purchase price towards closing costs and prepaid expenses, subject to lender approval.

In 2022, Mike entered into a business relationship with First Coast Mortgage Funding as a member of their Business Development Team.  We now urge our customers who are seeking the best mortgage product for their purchase to consider First Coast Mortgage Funding to see if they qualify for up to $2,500 in closing cost assistance as well.

As of early 2023, Mike and I have personally sold over $215,000,000 in real estate sales, which represents millions in reduced commissions and closing cost assistance we have provided to our customers.  We recognize our customers and our agents are the best part of Premier Homes Realty.  You are what make us Premier. In 2023, our daughter Kari Francom, joined the company as a licensed Sales Associate. She and I now work together as a mother-daughter team and we are proud to be working together.
